HOMOSEXUALS GET SPECIAL RIGHTS: Massachusetts Gov. William Weld has granted homosexual state employees the same spousal bereavement rights as heterosexual couples and also extended to all homosexual citizens spousal visitation rights for partners in prisons and state hospitals. TEENS TRYING SUICIDE: One of every 12 high school students had tried suicide, 27% had seriously contemplated it and 2% were hurt during attempts, according to a Centers for Disease Control survey of 12,000 high school students in 23 states and territories in 1991.
